We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if there are any defects, damage, or if you received the incorrect item. We’ll assess the situation and address the issue.

Exchanges 
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unopened, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. All supplements must be returned with the seal intact and unopened. We cannot accept returns if the seal has been broken.

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for items on sale or gift cards.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll inform you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
